Luckily there's a plenty of alternatives brewing around here. Oakland's Blue Bottle Coffee is still tops for me. How about you? Have you seen places like Blue Bottle spring up in your area?

Four barrel and sightglass are both good in San Francisco

I'm happy with Barefoot and Philz when in the South Bay, but get Blue Bottle when I'm up in SF.

I've also thought about trying the tonx.org subscription after seeing it on boingboing. :)
